Please Note: We do not offer returns or repairs for your OS/Firewall configuration issues. We sell the hardware, not the OS. Please make sure you know how to configure a firewall before purchasing. I will send you instructions and links for re-imaging but that is limit of software support provided.
30 Days – If there is an issue with your item within 30 days or purchasing, please let us know and we will correct the issue or offer a replacement at no cost to the buyer. We do not offer refunds due to someone changing their mind.
1 Year – If your item has a problem within 1 year of purchase, please contact me with as much detail as possible including your name and address. I will provide a quote for shipping and send a link for the labels. Once the device is received, troubleshooting will be completed at no cost to the buyer. Replacement parts will be offered at cost (or at a discounted rate if the part is able to be replaced by the manufacturer).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
